ParagonalPrep was founded in 2015 by career tutors who wanted to create a place more hospitable to attracting, retaining, and developing longtime professional tutors. Our approach to building a superior tutoring team has been simple: we do everything possible to recruit the best people and provide everything they need to sharpen each other and do their best work.
Our Partners
Our corporate structure was selected to embody an ideal of collaboration and reward longtime tutors. Our firm is owned by our Partners, just like a law firm. Your family will have a dedicated Tutor, who meets weekly with your student and works across all areas of the program, and Program Manager, one of our Partners with 10+ years of tutoring experience who will work with you to design, support, and adjust the program along the way.
